Paige Lucas is a senior at The University of Michigan completing her Bachelor of Music degree in Voice Performance, studying with Professor Melody Racine. In addition to her performance degree at the University, Paige is also completing a Music Education program in which she will be certified to teach music Kindergarten - Grade 12. Her education experience has included her student teaching at both an elementary and secondary school, as well as her pre-service teaching which completed during her coursework. Her non-music teaching experience includes teaching a wide range of young swimmers private and group swimming lessons during the summer.

Paige's performance experiences most recently include four main stage productions at the prestigious Brevard Music Center this last summer in Brevard, North Carolina where she held both chorus and principal roles. She has held opera chorus roles in the University productions of The Bartered Bride and La Bohème. Paige studied abroad in Florence, Italy in the Spring of 2008 performing for Italian audiences and continuing her study of the Italian language and opera. In April 2009, she was awarded the Elizabeth Gardner scholarship award, receiving first place in one of the Michigan Federation of Music Club's Vocal Competitions. In April 2010, Paige debuted on the opera stage at U of Michigan as "Pamina" in The Magic Flute. In June 2010, Paige played "Clara Johnson" in The Light in the Piazza at Riverwalk Theatre in Lansing, Michigan. This role won her the "Thespie Award" for Best Actress in a Musical in 2010.
